These and many other issues were discussed at the St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions at a meeting of students with the rector of the Belarusian State University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Andrei Korol. Young people actively joined the dialogue, reflecting on the future of the education system.
We talked about a lot of things: how to overcome stereotypical thinking, why knowledge is not just information, but personal experience, and why there should be a place for silence in school. We analyzed the concept of "silent learning" and tried to understand how to combine traditional approaches with individual educational trajectories.
