List of Documents
To submit copies of documents to SPbGUP, you need to fill out an electronic application.
Documents for admission to the University are submitted electronically through the personal account on the University's website. Original documents are submitted via postal operators or in person to the University's admissions committee.
When submitting an application for consent to enrollment, you must provide the following set of documents:
- Application for participation in the competition (application form)
- Consent to the processing of personal data (application form)
- Education certificate
- 8 photos sized 3x4 cm
- Autobiography (recommendations for filling out the document)
- Registration card (document completion sample and recommendations for filling out)
- Training agreement in two copies:
- Agreement for training under basic educational programs of higher education (sample)
- Agreement for training under basic educational programs of higher education at the expense of federal budget funds or subsidy funds from the federal budget (sample)
- Agreement for training under basic educational programs of higher education based on the results of a special competitive selection (sample)
- Accommodation agreement in the Student House (if accommodation is required) in two copies (sample)
