The institute has created special conditions for education for persons with disabilities and individuals with health limitations. Unimpeded access is provided to the educational institution, auditoriums, restrooms, and other premises, as well as their stay in these premises. A parking lot for cars is equipped, and there is an entrance to the territory of the branch. Markings have been placed on parking spaces for people with disabilities with special signs on the asphalted area near the entrance gate of the branch. There is a telephone and radio at the entrance gate for emergency communication.

The main entrance to the educational building is equipped with a ramp and double swing doors (1.8 meters wide). Handrails are installed on the internal staircases of the branch building (stairs at the main entrance, entrance to the sports complex, cafeteria, concert hall). Special stalls for persons with disabilities and individuals with health limitations are arranged in the women's and men's restrooms on the 1st floor.

In the educational building, there are 2 elevators that are equipped with handrails and intercom devices. The width of the elevator doors allows the lifting of a wheelchair to the upper floors. Doorways of classrooms provide unimpeded access for individuals with disabilities to attend classes.

• Website of the ANTIPLAGIAT.SPbGUP system http://gup.antiplagiat.ru/index.aspx. This system allows teachers to check all student works for plagiarism.

Auditoriums are equipped with necessary equipment: projection equipment for lectures and presentations, lecture halls, computer classes, rooms for practical classes, audio and video libraries for areas of study, scientific and teaching laboratories. The electronic information and educational environment of the branch provides the opportunity to conduct distance learning. Students can independently study courses posted on the university’s website, use EBS resources. Through the "personal account," a student with disabilities can contact the teacher for individual consultation.

All students have individual access to curriculum planning and methodological documentation: curricula, syllabi (modules), internship programs, state final certification programs, EBS resources, and other materials ensuring the implementation of educational programs through the electronic information environment of the university.

To ensure unimpeded access for students to the dormitory, the student complex is equipped with handrails, lifting devices, sliding doors, adapted elevators, doorways and corridors whose width allows individuals with disabilities and persons with health limitations to move freely, sanitary-hygienic facilities equipped with special adaptive equipment, and buttons to call staff.

There is the possibility of accessing the institute’s territory with adapted passenger transport (social taxi).

There are adapted pedestrian walkways and the possibility of entering via wheelchair using a doorbell signal.

Students live in a comfortable dormitory where conditions for studying and relaxation are created. On the 5th floor of the dormitory, there are 15 high-comfort rooms for individuals with disabilities and persons with health limitations. Near the rooms, there is an equipped student kitchen and a classroom for self-preparation.
