The educational process at the Moscow branch of the St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions is supported by the following teaching and learning aids: computers, projectors, televisions, video recorders, video conferencing system, printers, scanners, software for organizing training in all areas of study/specialties, a distance learning system, and an electronic educational and methodological complex.

Information on access to information systems and information and telecommunication networks

The branch has a unified computer network: 2 Intranet servers, 2 local networks, 1 terminal with Internet access. Internet connection speed – 1 Gbps.

Number of IBM PC-compatible computers – 59, all of which are suitable for testing students in online and offline modes; number of terminal PCs – 1, number of laptops – 3.

On the premises of the branch's academic building, students are provided with Internet access via wireless Wi-Fi.

Currently, the following network-wide services are provided: employee workstation domain – about 24 workstations; computer lab domain – 31 workstations; application servers for branch departments: data storage servers; data backup of central application servers and domain servers; communication channels connecting branches to the University's computer information system.

Information on electronic educational resources accessible to students

The University provides, based on contractual and licensing agreements with copyright holders, access to full-text databases of domestic and foreign periodicals and continuing publications, electronic textbooks and teaching aids included in electronic library systems:

1. The educational server of SPbGUP, accessed through a personal account on the Universitys official website, contains teaching and methodological materials for all disciplines. Access is provided for full-time, part-time, and extramural students, branch students, preparatory course attendees, and users with disabilities.

2. The SPbGUP e-learning system website – http://edu.gup.ru/login/index.php. This system is used for remote support of the educational process for full-time, part-time, and extramural students, branch students, preparatory course attendees, and users with disabilities.

3. The Antiplagiat.SPbGUP system website – http://gup.antiplagiat.ru/index.aspx. This system allows teachers to check all student papers for plagiarism.

Information on special conditions for education for persons with disabilities and individuals with limited health capacities

Information on ensuring access to the buildings of the educational organization, including dormitories and boarding schools, adapted for use by persons with disabilities and individuals with limited health capacities

The branch ensures unimpeded access for students to the educational institution, classrooms, restrooms, and other premises, as well as their stay in said premises. A parking lot and entrance to the branch territory are equipped. Parking spaces for persons with disabilities are marked with special signs on the asphalt area near the branch entrance. A telephone and a radio for emergency communication are available at the branch entrance.

The main entrance to the academic building is equipped with a ramp and double swing doors. Handrails are installed on the internal staircases of the branch building (stairs at the central entrance, entrances to the sports complex, canteen, concert hall). Special cubicles for persons with limited mobility and disabilities have been arranged in the men's and women's restrooms on the 1st floor.

The academic building has 2 elevators, equipped with handrails and an intercom. The elevator door width allows a wheelchair to be lifted to the upper floors. The doorways of classrooms ensure unimpeded access for persons with disabilities to classes. There is no boarding school.

Information on the availability of special technical means of training for collective and individual use by persons with disabilities and individuals with limited health capacities

In order to create an accessible learning and education environment for persons with disabilities and individuals with limited health capacities, a digital educational environment has been established at the branch. Access to information systems and information and telecommunication networks is adapted for use by persons with disabilities and individuals with limited health capacities. The official website of the branch is adapted for persons with visual impairments (low vision). The electronic information and educational environment of the branch provides the opportunity to carry out distance learning. Students can independently study the courses of academic disciplines posted on the university website and use the resources of the ELS. Through the "personal account", a student with limited health capacities can contact the teacher for an individual consultation.

Education of persons with disabilities and individuals with limited health capacities at the branch can be carried out both in general groups and according to individual programs with the development of an individual curriculum and an individual class attendance schedule. To improve the perception of educational information during group classes, various multimedia and technical means can be used (including sound-amplifying equipment). The form of current and final assessment for persons with limited health capacities is established taking into account individual characteristics. The determination of places for educational and production internships takes into account health limitations.

The library is located on the second floor of the branch and has an equipped complex of special premises with a lending department and a reading room for 40 seats with Wi-Fi access. Wide doorways allow unimpeded movement without assistance for persons with disabilities and individuals with limited health capacities within the library premises. Library staff process electronic requests for required literature from persons with disabilities and individuals with limited health capacities, allowing the user to receive information online without visiting the library.

For persons with disabilities and individuals with limited health capacities, a special procedure for mastering the discipline "Physical Education and Sport" is established at the branch. Depending on the recommendations of the medical and social examination (MSE), teachers of the discipline "Physical Education and Sport" develop a set of special exercises aimed at developing, strengthening, and maintaining health. For students with mobility limitations, these may include tabletop, intellectual sports, as well as active adaptive physical education classes conducted by specialists with appropriate training.
