On the eve of the anniversary of the Great Victory, representatives of the Moscow Branch of the St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise Institute of Arts and Information Technologies laid flowers at the military burial and monument to the Defenders of Moscow 1941 on the Lyalovsky Highway in the village of Mendeleevo.
