Sergey Vladimirovich Taut, lawyer, mediator, Associate Professor at the HSE Faculty of Law, held a meeting and conversation with students, teachers and guests of the Moscow Branch of St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise as part of the Day of the specialty "Conflictology".
At the meeting, Sergey Vladimirovich spoke in detail about the need to create anti-corruption tools in small and medium-sized businesses, about associations and public structures such as Delovaya Rossiya, which protects non-primary, manufacturing businesses, and OPORa Russia, which defends small and medium-sized businesses. He spoke about the methods and mechanisms of dealing with appeals from business representatives and expert assessment of violations of business rights.
Students and teachers asked questions about the sensational Blinovskaya case, as well as about student internships in law and law firms and mediation.
