Maternal capital for education
Use of maternal (family) capital to pay for educational costs
If you are eligible to use maternal (family) capital for education and wish to exercise this right, you need to:

Prepare a list of documents required to pay for education using maternal capital and submit them to the local branch of the Pension Fund of Russia at your place of residence.
- Certificate for maternal capital;
- Insurance certificate of mandatory pension insurance (of the maternal capital recipient, i.e., the person in whose name the maternal capital is issued);
- Passport or other documents confirming the identity and address of the maternal capital owner;
- Application for the use of maternal capital funds for the child's education (written directly at the Pension Fund);
- Contract for paid educational services concluded with SPbGUP;
- Copy of the contract for paid educational services;
- Copy of the state accreditation certificate of the university with appendix (certified copies can be obtained at the University).
- Register in the Applicant's Personal Account and upload documents
- Complete the contract with the University after the application is approved.
- Submit the required list of documents, signed by SPbGUP, to the Pension Fund or MFC at your place of residence;
