- Come to the admissions committee of the Moscow Regional Branch of the Non-State Educational Institution of Higher Education SPbGUP "Institute of Arts and Information Technologies" with a certificate of the period of study, certified by the university, indicating that you are currently studying.
- Write an application in the admissions committee requesting consideration for the possibility of transfer.
- After determining the possibility of studying and estimating the approximate duration of study, obtain a transfer certificate from the admissions committee.
- Take this certificate to the university where you are currently studying.
- At the university where you are studying:
– Write an application for expulsion due to transfer to the Moscow Regional Branch of the Non-State Educational Institution of Higher Education SPbGUP "Institute of Arts and Information Technologies";
– Submit a request for a certificate of study and an excerpt from the expulsion order due to transfer. - Come to the admissions committee of the Moscow Regional Branch of the Non-State Educational Institution of Higher Education SPbGUP "Institute of Arts and Information Technologies" to form a set of documents for enrollment.
