State Educational Loan (Sberbank)

The university recommends using the new "Educational Loan" program implemented by the state through PJSC Sberbank (3% per annum). The terms of this loan are such that, in essence, it represents the payment of tuition by the Government of the Russian Federation. Loan repayments begin 9 months after graduation from the University, payments are spread over many years, and ultimately the loan amount is "eroded" by inflation. At the same time, applying for a loan disciplines students, motivates them to successfully complete their studies at the University, and obtain a higher education diploma, which is in our common interest. Information on tuition payment and the loan application process can be obtained from a personal consultant.
